TAMPA, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Tampa Police said their detectives are investigating 12 South Tampa burglaries from homes and cars. Police said in each case, the car doors were unlocked or the garage doors were open and they’re reminding residents to lock it all up. “Don't tempt a thief,” they said.
Police said it all happened between April 2 and April 9. Some of the items stolen include iPhones, bicycles, wallets, purses, cash left in cars, a gun, and fishing poles, police said.
